Hello

I have a male Jack Russell who i mated 3 years ago, i kept one of the puppies and my daughter brought one of the others (both bitches). My daughter also had a collie cross (Bitch)who lived with us, when she moved out she took both the dogs with her after about 3 weeks the jack kept attacking the other dog. We took her back and she is fine with my dogs. However she escapes quite a lot and every time she attacks another dog in the street. I am at my wits end! I don't want to re home her but the vets bills are getting larger and larger. Any advice?????
