Our Jack russell

We have had our jack Russell for 5 years now and she is a house dog she lays with us on the couch and in the bed. For some reason every time we talk to her or wont to get her to sit with us she starts to shake like shes scared. she takes off to the door and when we let her out she goes underneath the trees to lay down.. and wants to stay when she comes in she sits in her own chair and wont move shaking like crazy.. is there something that we can do to stop this we love her so much and hate that she is acting like this any advise.. thanks
