My three year old jack keeps peeing on the bed... help!

For some reason my jack keeps peeing on my bed and my moms bed close to everyday now. We punish him but once we let him out the cage he'll try to do it again. It's like he does it on purpose. My mom wants to get rid of him now but I want to try and find a solution before that happens.
