My little rescue dog... Possible Jack Rusell x with Papillion

Hi all..

Here's some pictures of my gawgus little fella. The rescue home said he was Pomerian x jack .. but, we aren't sure about the Pomerian bit he has the amazing tail and little collotes on his back legs...

He is friendly, lively , always happy , playful and alert. Barks at noises,chases flies, bees and birds !

What do you think he could be ?
