hi i have a 4 month old jr puppy and one of her ears has suddenly went a funny shape.

It could be just a part of the ear growing or if it was a pricked up ear, it could now be forming so that it is a flapped dropped ear, if you think something is wrong with the ear please get it checked out I am sure others that have had puppy's that have had a change of ear shape will answer you shortly.
