my dog is 14 and vomiting after eating he is also shaking quite alot and sleeping could you please tell me what this might be THANK YOU.

We switched foods for ours to natures best easy to digest and he stopped vomiting

My 1.5 year old JRT shaking a lot too!!!! What it is??? The doctor said that it's common for dogs to shake, but please she looks like having an anxiety attacks. Anyone help, please.
