jack russell does not stop peeing in our home

my 3 year jack Russell just had puppies three weeks ago and now will not stop peeing and pooping in the home. I try walking her alot more but even thou she relieves herself outside she still goes in the house.

Perhaps best to have her checked out by the vet, it could be a urinary infection from when she had the puppies,apart from being painful for her,she will urinate more.
