Aggressiveness
by: Dennis

JRT's are an aggressive breed. They are first and foremost a hunting dog, and you just can't breed that aggressive streak out of them, although you can help contain it with proper training. If both are males, I have to ask if either (or both) are neutered? Same-sexed dogs quite often become aggressive with each other as they mature. It is normally best, when you have a JRT in the mix, to have a companion dog of the opposite sex.
