seizure or no seizure

My sister has a JRT and I had her watch my pit pups. Her dog had her own pups a month ago and she is about three. My sister said that her dog ate my pups poop and immediately collapsed, she started shaking but kind of frozen. Seemed like a seizure to me. Was it because her dog ate my dogs poop or is there something bigger? This is the second time.
