My Jack Russell attacks my 3 Maltese,

How do I stop my Jack Russell from attacking my 3 Maltese. I have to keep them apart in the house. I take them outside together and they are fine until yesterday and she attacked. I am so afraid she will hurt one of them. I have gotten bite in the past from breaking them up.
