Loves Ice Cream

Moocie adopted our family about 8 months ago. About 3 weeks after our cat died (reincarnation?).

He just sort of wiggled his way into our lives. I have never been a dog person, but he has a way about him that is irresistible...annoying and obnoxious at times but irresistible none the less. He is a very nervous dog, He is terrified of storms, rain, fireworks and his shadow. Living in this state, none of these are good!!! But we persevere and try to help him make it through!

Any suggestions?? :)
