Collar Size

What is the standard collar size required for a fully grown Jack Russell? I have a three month old pup, he's just under 3.5 kg and has grown out of the puppy collar haha I'm wanting to buy a new collar for him, but one that will fit when he's fully grown. I just need an approximate estimate to guide me. Thank you =)
