2 JRT Bitches Fighting

I have a Parsons JRT cross collie who I have had from 6months rescue she is now 3. We then acquired a short JRT puppy who will be a year old this month we have had her from 8weeks. They both are spayed and we have had no problems with them I thought they loved each other dearly. I went away for a week and left the dogs at home with hubby and grown up kids since I have returned I have noticed that the older girl is looking fed up and they have had 2 fights I have not been able to see who instigated. Really worried about them as they have always been fine together. Can anyone give me some advice?
