Oh I'm so glad Matt and such congratulations on the new baby! I knew your jack would be fine. He'll love that baby before it's over with.

Things look good by: Matt
We had a pet behaviorist visit our home a few weeks ago. Our baby girl came unexpectedly 5 1/2 weeks early! It appears as though the behaviorist was able to provide enough help, and it looks like we'll be able to keep Stockton! We had a friend bring over their toddler, and after about an hour of soft adaptation, Stockton was able to go up to her, sniff around her chair and ignore her!
We don't get to bring our baby home for a few weeks, but it doesn't appear we'll have any problems with him!
And yes, we are in Washington, so unfortunately the midwest wouldn't have worked.

Where's the Jack? by: Christina
Where are you located? I am in the midwest and would love a mature Jack Russell Terrier.

Oh my gooodness! by: Pics & Tics
What a beautiful dog and how sad.
Many Jack Russells are a little leary of children. My last jack Jimbo was. But he was such a wonderful dog too. Some just prefer the people who are in the household.
I might suggest to you, if no one offers a home for your dog, that you let him get used to the new baby. It may be he will be just as protective and in love with your new human addition as he is with you.
Jimbo did not like other children, but he adored my children... rather his chidren.
But if this is not what you want to try, I do hope visitors seeing this ad will offer your homes to him.
