I looked at a 2yro Jack Russell/Rat Terrier and it's hind legs were quite bow and buckled once while walking. What type of problem could this be?

I am not sure if it is a problem, as some JRT's do have bowed legs, this is the place to ask questions as there are so many experts on here.
