Sleeping Ginger

Hi, my name is Daniel. I have a Jack Russell who is about two years old. Just recently she has started shaking and shivering at all times during the day and night. She seems to be sleeping a lot more. She also carries around a blue rubber squeaky (the only squeaker she hasn't been able to break) bone with her. When she is separated from the bone she whines. I have no clue what to do about it. I have tried warming her up, removing the bone from the house, and scolding her for the whining, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
