Spots On My JRT: Common?

My JRT is 8 years old and her name is Maggie and we have only had her since the summer. She had some spot's on her when we got her but has many more since we have had her. She act's fine and very much like a puppy still. Should I be worried and should she see a vet again? Thank you

What kind of spots does the dog have? Do you mean color in her hair or do you mean dry skin patches?
JRT's need frequent baths if they play outdoors a lot, as with mine, he's always going to be digging! Sometimes they get dry skin from frequent bathing and sometimes mine gets seasonal allergies or one flea bite that can set off terrible allergic reaction.
