Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

My jrt has had problems with his back leg for quite some time.

Some days you can see no problems other days are worse.Yesterday while we were playing ball, his favorite thing to do.I threw the ball while he was going after the ball he stops rolls over on his back and starts yelping in pain. Now he has no use at all of his back legs .he is still like that tis morining.Any answers at all .please help.he is in alot of pain.
