Our JRT getting very heavy

We dont know if she is pregnant yet as it could only be 2-3 weeks, but she is getting very heavy, her nipples are standing up and she seems to walk with a wobble, is it possible she could be pregnant.

you should have fixed her she show you every thing any ways shes by your side intil you hollower..right but im sayind did you fix her now she is really there .. she is protected over you .. you fall she will be there..that is the jack russell in her..
