New JRT Puppies

My JRT, Marley, gave birth to a litter of 5 puppies and they're three days old now. This is Marley's first litter and she's doing pretty well, the puppies seem fine, but she seems a little depressed and I'm slightly worried that the puppies might not be getting enough milk. She cleans them and is really watchful whenever we pick one up, but she'll get up and when she goes to lay back down, she sometimes lays on a puppy or two. She also curls up to hide her teats. I'm nervous because I've read that 28% of puppies die after birth. She is also not very interested in eating and we have given her chicken broth, eggs, cheese, puppy food, and she will eat a bit but then turn her nose up. Any help?
