My JRT is afraid of everything

I got my JRT when she was seven weeks old from a home breeder in Michigan. She is an inside type dog, but I have brought her on daily walks and runs since I got her so she has been exposed to other people, other dogs, outside noises. My husband, son, and I have never abused her. She is afraid of everything like; lawn chairs, bikes, toys, other people, cars, leaves blowing. Please help me, I have had people stop me in the street and say that I had to of abused her for her to be such a scardy cat. I have read other stories of people having the same problems with there Jacks but never any good responses.
