I think this is so sweet. Probably it is a mothering instinct. Maybe his ears stink and she wants to clean em up? LOL Just kidding!
I just hope she grows to give him more attention as he does seem to need it. He's a Jack isn't he? I wouldn't worry about it. They sound like very sweet dogs. Roxy is a beauty!
