I think my mini jack is pregnant.

I have no idea what kind of dog bred her or when it happened. I went to rub her belly today and her nipples are very large. then i looked at her belly and it was big. i was like she is not even a year old yet how did this happen. I am worried that her being like this not knowing what bred her or anything that it is going to kill her any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
