I can't figure out what hybrid my JRT is

He has a bigger body than a pure bred JRT, weighing about 22 lbs. He has the JRT head, white with brown spots and a nub for a tail, all the hybrids I've seen have long tails...any idea what the second half to his mix is?

The nub of the tail could have just been snipped as a puppy.
