Female Jack Russell

I got a 2 year old female miniature Jack Russell about four months ago, just before Christmas. When I got her I thought she was in season, but then she definitely came into season at the end of January. I thought they only came into season every six months or so but she has started to bleed again today (end of March) and has started licking herself loads again. Should I get her checked out at the vets or could this be normal?
