Tail

Hi I live in Canada where docking is still legal in most provinces. That being said I am a huge fan of not docking the tail. When I was looking for our JRT we refused to buy one with a docked tail. Personaly I think JRTs look much better Au naturel. Enjoy!

No Docking
by: Anonymous

Hi Charlie. All Jack Russells are born with a full length tail. The sorter tails are docked. It is however though now totally illegal throughout most of the world to have the procedure done. No Vet will take it on as they can be fined quite substantially. So the days of the docked tail is forever gone... that is if some breeders do not perform the procedure illegally.
