BRAVO DOGGY

by Jerelyn
(Italy)

Doggy was born last December 18, 2011 in Terni, Italy. We have welcomed him to our home last January 18, 2012 when one of our friend phoned to my boyfriend that somebody is looking for someone to adopt a puppy. At first my boyfriend was still undecided to receive him but after few minutes he said "ok yes we will accept inspite of so much commitments and no experience at all of having pet". He accepted it because I've been longing to have a puppy long before already. Well, at the moment we received him I gave him right away his name DOGGY. So pity because he was still very puppy and still taking a milk from the bottle. Today, is his 31st day with us and we have so much fun, quick, affectionate, playful, never felt tired. He is very happy with us. His favorite toy is a stuff of a rat. He has his lovely almond formed brown eyes, black nose, 2 beautiful ears formed like a letter V falling infront, his color is white and black with a dotted brown of his face.

Doggy is an Italian pup, 2 months old now. He is a fun loving puppy, very observant, intelligent, greets every new people he met and greets our friends too by moving around quickly and his tail moving from left to right everytime he say hello.Playful everywhere, fearless, used to play from our garden and eats different fresh salad everyday from our salad corner closed to our garden. So funny because since he is growing he is learning to make love with his stuff toy pup and i used to have a stick when he do some foolishness but when he saw it he will run far from me and go to his corner behaving and staring me with his two beautiful eyes..We love him very much like a child. He is a unique pup "DOGGY".

PLEASE LEAVE SOME COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK..GRAZIE FROM DOGGY

This is Prescot

by Bonnie Hall
(Smithton, Pa.)

Prescot, the day I brought him home

Prescot, the day I brought him home

Prescot,( aka Jeremy his foster name), was adopted on dec. 30 2011, born on 11/11/11, and with a face like his I thought it more fitting that a distinquised looking little dog deserved a distinquesed name such as Prescot.
I wasn't looking to adopt a pup or any other animal at the time I adopted him, but I was going through Pet Helpers and came across his face, I knew I had to have him, showed his picture to my husband and he said what are you waiting for, call about him. I had to fill out an application online, in which I was told there were 3 others intested in him also, so I figured there was no way we would get him. Then I got the call, The Pup is Yours. Man, was I excited, it was like adopting a child.
The lady from the shelter said she could deliver him on Sunday, this was thrusday I got the call, I said that I would be there tomarrow morning, friday, to pick him up. mind you I had to drive an hour and a half, but it was worth every single mile.
My mother and I got to the pick up site, I had butterflies in my stomach, I was so excited that I locked my keys in my car, which I have Never done before. After 2 hours of waiting for the serviceman to unlock my car door, which he forgot about us, we were on our way back home.
He has attended Puppy preschool, in which he was the youngest of the class and he out shined all the others, he is such a smart little guy.
He is waiting to attend Obeidence training in march, then off to Agility training, I know his potential is endless.

Our beloved "Lil Buddy" JR

by Kimberly Brown
(Liberty, Texas, USA )

Jr

Jr

JR was my first Jack Russell, because of him I will never be without a jack in my life. He was the smartest most loyal dog I have ever known. He lost his year long battle with bladder cancer in February. Right up to the end he was a proud, happy boy who would gladly perform tricks, loved to ride (anytime, anywhere), and had an amazing zest for life. For 11 years he was my constant companion and his passing left a hole in my heart. You will be forever loved and missed Jr...

Introducing Scooter! Wow... It has been 11 years since I trained a puppy! A week and a half into our lives together and he is house trained (as long as I am paying attention), comes when called (usually), sits and SPEAKS! Truly loving this little guy already.

Here's Kiley!! "Take Me For a Ride!"

by Rebecca
(Kennewick, WA)

Let's go for a ride!!

Let's go for a ride!!

Among some of Kiley's favorite things her most favorite things are to go for car rides in the Jeep with the top off! We have a dog harness with doggy zip line on the back seat so she can go back and forth and look out the back. She just loves it and as you can see she can get only just to the side, because she has that Jack Russell habit of trying two jump out. Kiley is 8 years old and I have had her since she was a puppy. She has been the best dog I have ever had, I love the experience of a Jack Russell, they seem to know when you are sad and make you laugh. I got hurt in 2006 and became disabled and she has been the best companion ever!!

Holly - The Best Little Jack in the World !

by Sarah Baker
(Teignmouth, Devon, England)

Holly on Dartmoor Christmas Eve 2011

Holly on Dartmoor Christmas Eve 2011

Holly is my companion and my life saver. Four days after Holly arrived in my life my Mother died. Having no other family, Holly has been my "Next-of-Kin" & my best friend. We have just celebrated our first anniversary together, February 5th. I know every Jack Russell owner thinks theirs is the best, why wouldn't they ? Mine is particularly special to me for so many reasons. I would never be without her.

Holly's photo was taken on Christmas Eve 2011, which was also Holly's 1st birthday. We went for a very long walk on Dartmoor (National Park in South West England). She spent hours bouncing over the rocks, diving into bushes, running through the mud and enjoying life. I hope other Jack Russell owners will enjoy looking at my little treasure and I hope yours brings you as much joy as mine does me.
