10 week old JRT pup not eating!!

We just got a 10 week old JRT pup yesterday evening. He is the runt of the litter and as quiet as a church mouse. He cried last night which we understand is very normal - The only problem is that we can't get him to eat.... AT ALL. Is this also normal?? Is there anything we can do?

Jacks are tough and I would play with him and lew him settle in. He won't starve and will eat when he is ready. We worried that ours didn't eat when we got ours. He'll likely eat when he's ready.
